Cover: Overgrowth of the cartilaginous tissues is observed in the mouse model of human SADDAN syndrome that carries a kinase domain mutation (+/K644M) in Fgfr3. Stained with Alcian Blue (cartilage)/Alizarin Red (bone), a thoracic cage of the mutant mice shows mild delay in sternabrae ossification, slight bifurcation and thickening of the costal cartilages at P1.
